Provide the public free one-on-one assistance to secure emergency food,
clothing, housing, job training and placement, and utilities assistance.
Beginners Computer Training for Senior Adults
A low-cost, six-week program offered to assist senior adults, 55 years and
older, to learn basic computer skills that include components of Windows,
mouse operation, and the functions of the computer.
Intermediate Computer Training for Senior Adults
A six-week program offered to assist senior adults, 55 years and older, to
learn how to send and receive an email, to navigate the Internet, and to learn
Microsoft Word and Excel.
PATH
Personal Action Toward Health (PATH) is a free six-week workshop that offers
tips on day-to day management of any chronic diseases such as diabetes,
arthritis, or asthma.
AARP Refresher Driver Course
Quarterly refresher driving techniques are offered to senior adults age 55
years and older. Upon completion of the two-day course, participants may
qualify for a reduction on their insurance coverage.
Lending Library
The Lending Library offers free access to books. For a limited time, it
includes children and adult titles.
